I came across a cafe called coffe daily and bought an apple crumble there. It was really good so I decided to make one myself. So as usual, I looked up some recipes on youtube to see what are the basic ingredients for making an apple crumple and actually it could be done within a few easy steps.

Recipe
Part 1: Apples
1) 6 apples. (I used mini apples) so if you were to use big apples maybe 2 or 3 would be enough depending on the portion you will be making
2) 2 tbspoon of Butter
3) 1/4 caster sugar
4) 2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
5) 2 teaspoon of lemon juice
6) a pinch of salt

Placed all the ingredients into a cooking pot. Melt butter and sugar with low heat. Next place apples, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice. Stir well and let all ingredients to combined together. Turned of the heat when apples turned slighty soft.

part 2: crumbles
1) 3/4 of flour
2) 1/2 cup of butter
3) 1/2 of caster sugar
4) pinch of salt

rub butter into flour, sugar and salt. Rub with your fingertips so that it will bitter will not melt quickly. Rub gently, in order to get bread crumbs like texture.

Get your oven preheat to 180°c

Press your crumbles onto a pan to form a base, I used a mini tard pan. Place your apple fillings and topped it up with more crumbles without pressing them together. Just sprinkle the crumbles on top. Place them into the oven for 25- 30 mins until the top part turns golden brown.
Remember to let your apple crumble cool before taking out from your pan or tray.
Have fun making:)
Hope you can try it out!
